I started my life on a ranch and have always had a deep love for animals. After a long career as a CPA, I made the decision in 2017 to launch a new career working with animals full time. Once I made the decision to do work with animals full time, I founded Wishes and Wags. I offer dog obedience training and pet sitting. The two services go hand in hand many times. Changing careers was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I LOVE MY JOB! I am all about the dog and relationship building. I also love helping pet parents understand behaviors and problem solve.
I have always had a passion for animal rescues. I have a very handsome 10 year old German Shepherd that I adopted from a Rescue. I also have a beautiful 11 year old Black Lab. I rescued my Lab from the trunk of a car when she was just a few weeks old. For 15 years, I also had a handsome cat that was born under a house. A neighbor brought the kitten to me when it was only a few days old. I did not think Mr. Bean would survive but he did and lived a wonderful life with my daughter and I.
