I am a dog lover first, and a dog trainer second. I know from first-hand experience the difference dog training makes in the relationship between dog and owner.
Without professional training, it can sometimes be a frustrating relationship, but with an investment in good training, a wonderful transformation will occur.
I have always lived in a multi-dog family so you can imagine I’ve been working with dogs for many years. From puppy to senior, rescue to purebred, I have raised a wide variety of dogs.
I pride my training with having a therapy dog. We visit nursing homes, libraries and private hospice visits to share the animal and human bond. I’ve come to realize that some angels choose fur instead of wings.
In addition to my training, I volunteer at the York SPCA as a dog walker. Working with rescue and shelter dogs is one of my passions. No dog should be denied a safe and loving home.
My mission is to help you and your dog enjoy many happy years together. There is nothing which satisfies me more than to see a happy dog and a happy owner!
