Hi, my name is Heather Noda Carter, and I am a graduate of and certified through the Animal Behavior College Dog Obedience Instructor program. I also graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and successfully completed two internships at the National Aquarium in Baltimore with their Marine Mammal Training Department, where I observed and learned from their credited and amazing dolphin trainers and their nine Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphins. I have always had a passion for animals since I was a child, having several dogs, cats, hamsters, and rabbits in the house throughout my childhood.
Animal Behavior College and my two internships at NAIB helped me gain the knowledge and skill-set necessary to become a certified dog trainer, and am very excited to be in this exciting and dream-filling career.
